The hotel is an absolute perfection! Every detail has been thought through meticulously to ensure a care-free holiday! The place is 200% match for families with babies/kids. There is 24/7 buffets where any food group is catered for – babies, vegans, keto diet, fish/meat lovers. Same for the bars – open 24/7 and it’s all included in the all inclusive package. The cleaning staff are crazy good – they fetch any trash in the air, change the sheets every two days, never seen a place this pristine!! Can’t recommend it any more, can’t wait to come back!
Perfect place to spend a vacation. Rooms are very cozy and have enough space. Everything is new and the stuff is very helpful and kind. Very good services at a good price!
It is a new complex, very clean and well-kept. The food is delicious, large space (even with a large number of guests, you will find a place in the restaurant, or to rest and relax). The hotel offers many attractions. and activities Close to the beach, about 10 minutes to Sunny Beach and half an hour from the airport. The bar is open 24 hours a day, all drinks are included in the price, even the top ones. Good Wi-Fi range, 24/7 service, currency exchange office, well-equipped hotel shop, swimming pool and slides, several restaurants and bars. Beautiful view of the sea and Nesebar.
Dining: From traditional Bulgarian dishes to international cuisine, every meal was a gastronomic delight. The all-inclusive package offered a wide variety of dining options, and every dish we sampled was of top-notch quality.
Facilities: The spa, fitness center, and recreational facilities were absolutely incredible. Special mention goes to the pool area – it’s not just a place to swim, but an oasis of relaxation.
Service: The staff at Voya deserves special applause. Each member was courteous, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay.
